Beautiful Bunch - 4 ways with this gorgeous Stampin Up stamp

In December, amongst the Christmas madness I ran a class for my girls that was completely non-christmas.

We decided upon the #BeautifulBunch stamp set and the girls wanted some different folds.

So here's what I came up with.

 This is a gatefold card.

Love this fold.  It zigzags and is super cute

This is an easel card thats sits on the edge of a shelf

and lastly a simple card with a tag on it.

We used a variety of colours.  Sorry the lighting was a bit rubbish the day these were taken.

Caravan of Love

Hi everyone.

Do you ever have times when someone does something so kind for you and doesn't want anything in return.  You know those small random acts of kindness that make such a difference.

A couple of days ago this happened to our family.  I had asked lots of people for help in many official departments, and everyone had rudely refused.  Then on asking a local business they stepped in and helped.  Not their job, not in their remit, but as an act of kindness they helped, and in return wanted nothing.  Wow.  I was very touched and extremely moved.

I wanted to show my appreciation, so of course I turned to my craft.  (Oh and a couple of nice bottles of wine for them).

I sat and made this card using the new love stack in the Spring Summer catalogue.  And I love it.

How cute is that.

Don't forget if you would like a copy of the new catalogue and the Sale-a-Bration brochure just email, text or pm me on Facebook.

Have a great day, and don't forget just one small act of kindness can make such a difference.

Sunday Stamps - Colour Challenge No 89 ...... meets Stampin Up UK Perfect .......

Hi everyone.

So that fortnight went by super quick.  I can't believe it's Sunday again and there is another challenge over at Sunday Stamps.

I am really honoured to be doing this month's guest designer spot, and want to thank everyone of you that has popped over to take a look at my blog.

I loved seeing everyone's creations in the last challenge and can't wait to see what you come up with for this one.

Anyway this week the challenge is a colour challenge;  It's number SSC89.

I loved this colour combination.

For those of you who don't use Stampin Up Products the colours are:

Plum, Lavender and Vanilla

For those of you, who like me use Stampin Up the colours are:

Perfect Plum, Wisteria Wonder and Very Vanilla

So for those of you who have popped in and out of my blog, you will know that I love 3d items, I also love flower arranging and a while back I learnt how to make wrist corsages.

So with that in mind I set to work, because if Mother Nature can do it then so can I.

So first I made the gift box.  Because you wouldn't not wrap this gift.  Its in Wisteria Wonder.

I stamped it using the Bordering Blooms stamp set.  How cute is that.

I also used the flower from Everything Eleanor.  I stamped the box in Wisteria Wonder.  Added a gift tae in Perfect Plum, punched with the Scallop Gift Tag Punch again stamped in Perfect Plum.

The flower on the box and in the centre of the corsage is very vanilla cardstock that has been distressed with both Perfect Plum and Wisteria Wonder ink.  I have added some Basic Jewels to give it a bit of sparkle.

The leaves and the flower are cut using the Flower Frenzy die.  I love this die.

Lastly I hot glued the flower to the Cotton Ribbon, again from Stampin UP.

I hope you have enjoyed this project.  I just need an occasion to be able to wear this one now.

If anyone would like one of these then please contact me.

Anyone who spends £50 or more in my online shop today will receive a special gift direct from me.

Don't forget to pop over to Sunday Stamps and enter into this fortnight's colour challenge, I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Big Hugs

#Beautiful Bunch meets embossing folders

Hi everyone.

Gosh, did it ever rain yesterday.  I hope you had a better day than we did, but there was some good out of it.  I got to stay in and craft with friends all day. Coffee, chat and crafting ............. notice no cake, were all supposed to be dieting.

Bit of a shock when I went to walk the dogs. The surrounding fields were flooded. Shocked and worried for our local area yet again!  On a good note, the swans were enjoying it.

#Beautiful Bunch Card

As promised yesterday I am showing you the card I made to go with those gorgeous journals.  Aren't they just so cute.

I have used embossing folders to create the texture on the plain colour cardstock, before matting the Designer DSP paper.  I have added half a doily and then the gorgeous flower and finally the sentiment.

This one has the chevrons embossing folder and is in melon mambo.

How about the lovely dots and daffodil delight.  And like it says you can never have too much happy.

I have used all the same ingredients as yesterday ......... you can see them in this post.

Snowflakes get flippy

Morning Crunchies,

Hope today finds you all well and with time to get crafty.

Did you manage to take in all the news I shared in yesterday's post.  So much going on at the moment.

If you missed it here is the link:  Letterpress Day

So today I wanted to show you another card using the lovely letterpress stamp set.

I have combined it with the Snowflake Flip Die

And some of the gorgeous All is Calm washi tape

The lovely snowflake and tree shapes are also included in the Snowflake Flip Thinlets Die.

The card base is lost lagoon and I have used lost lagoon ink to stamp the large snowflake from the Letterpress set on either side of the snowflake shape and then added the cut outs using dimensionals.

Lastly I have added washi tape down either edge and added a few snowflakes from the lovely frosted sequins pack

I also used both the stamps and the die to create the Menu card for my Table Display at the Stampin Up! European Convention.

On this one I cut twice with the die.

Isn't is just so cute.

Thanks for stopping by.  As always you comments are always appreciated.

Don't forget that today is the last day for this week's weekly Deals.  (They change tonight)

And also please don't miss out on that gorgeous stars kit.  So simple yet so stunning.

Morning lovelies.  How are you all today?  I hope that wherever you are today the sun is shining and you are having a great day.

But unfortunately its raining here and a close family friend is getting married today, in her garden with the reception and after party (As my son put it) in the garden as well.

It looked so pretty in the sun yesterday ....... but I am sure they will be having a lovely time.

So I wanted to make them something special

Out came the blendabilties and the blended bloom stamp.  Out came the doilies and some ribbon.

A little bit of cardstock and some matching DSP and hey presto this is what you get.

The base is Crumb cake with a piece of Designer Series Paper Crumb Cake paper layered onto it.

I added the ribbon and then the doily.  How cute.

Lastly that gorgeous double bow ....... the bow is cherry cobbler seam binding.  Such a gorgeous ribbon to work with.

I stamped the flower twice and coloured each one before using them to create these gorgeous layers.
