Hi everyone.  How are you today?

I just wanted to share the one of the cards I made for my class.  There are four in the class this month and I will be sharing them all with you over the next few days.

This month's class was all about saying those important thank you's after Christmas.

We used very vanilla, night of navy and a doily.  Stamped and punched and added some ribbon.  How cute it that.    I love the vintage feel to this one and can't wait to share the others with you.

Now for some really amazing news, that I also can't wait to share.

Ive been bursting with excitement and really want you guys to be able to share in this with me.

join my team, join stampin up

Stampin' Up! are running an awesomely jaw dropping amazing joining offer over the next week. It started Tuesday 25th November and finishes on 2nd December.

This is the first time that Stampin’ Up! has ever offered any kind of joining offer of this type.
It’s a 2 part offer, let me explain.

Firstly Joining Stamping Up!

The usual price to join Stampin Up is £99 and you can choose £130 worth of product from any of our current catalogues for this.  Also included is £45 worth of business basics, such as catalogues, order forms and other business basics.  This is also delivered direct to your chosen address for free.  No shipping costs on this order whatsoever.

Having joined Stampin UP you get 20% discount on every order, but on your first order over £150 you get a massive 30% discount if you place it within 45 days.

THE OFFER

BUT for one week only, Stampin' Up! have reduced this price of the kit by 25% to just £74.25. This means that you will receive a HUGE £55.75 worth of product for FREE!!!!  (And lets face it we all love FREE)

You get everything I have mentioned about for £74.25.  How amazing is that.  If I wasn’t already a demonstrator I would be joining today.

You can completely customise your kit to suit your individual needs and taste. You get to choose what products you want to start with and they are shipped to your door for FREE.

WAIT THERE’S MORE

In addition .......... if you decide to purchase or sell anything further during the month of December, you will receive a 5% Bonus on the total bought/sold that month (payable in January). This is in addition to your normal 20% commission/discount. So imagine getting together with your friends and family and placing that £150 order within 45 days, you would get cashback in January on that as well.  Amazing.  That would be the equivalent of 35% discount in December as well as getting this joining offer.

What are you waiting for……

All is calm convention table cutlery holder goes to a wedding with Crisp Cantaloupe and Calypso coral

Morning everyone.

Do you remember the gorgeous pictures of my 2014 convention table.

Here's a close up of the cutlery holder

Isn't this just cute.  Lots of people have asked how I made this.

I was also asked to do an inspiration station at our team training on Sunday with the lovely Michelle.

If you would like to be part of an amazing and creative team then do get in touch or go to

We discussed what she wanted me to do and we decided that recreating the above table would be great, but for another occasion.

So I have remade them, in lovely Wedding colours.

Crisp Cantaloupe meets calypso coral.

I used the box board for the table favours and the napkin rings this time.

The gorgeous flowers have been inked in matching colours and to set of these gorgeous tones i have used Pistachio Pudding and gold glimmer paper.

And here's what you need and the instructions.

CUTLERY HOLDER

Ingredients:
Park Lane DSP
Calypso Coral Cardstock
Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock
White Organza Ribbon
Glue Dots
Tombow
Dimensional

Tools:
Scoreboard
Trimmer
Envelope Punch Board

Instructions

Cut Calypso coral cardstock to 10” x 4”.    Using a sponge edge the cardstock with calypso coral ink.
Cut the crisp cantaloupe cardstock to 9 15/16ths” x  3 7/8th”.  Using a sponge and calypso coral ink distress the edge.
Stamp the sentiment on the top
Adhere the two bits together, making sure there is a border on both sides and at the top.
Cut the DSP to 6” x 5”
Using your score board score 3 sides at ¼ “ and ½” .  Burnish
Score the other side at ½”
Using the Envelope Punch Board.  Punch on the side scored at 1/2 “ by lining the paper up at 1” mark.  Turn the DSP over and again punch at 1” mark.
Using your trimmer cut the edges away on each side to form a tab in the middle.  Fold over
Cut away the three outer small squares at the bottom 2 corners.  And cut the along one edge of the last remaining small square.  This will leave a small flap.  Fold edges in to form a small box shape.

Using tombow glue this to the back of your cutlery holder, taking care to line up the bottom.

I hope you enjoy making these for your christmas tables etc.

But I would ask that if you case this project you please link back to me.

Morning Crunchies

How are you all today?  Ive had a very busy weekend, a great class on Saturday and then meeting a customer yesterday for a commissioned order.

The kids are on half term this week, such a shame its grey and dull here in Somerset.

Many of you have commented on Facebook or on my blog about the lovely table setting that I did for Convention.  Thank you.

The basis of the setting was the lovely Letterpress stamp set.  I loved this stamp set from the moment I saw it in the autumn/winter catalogue.  Its so clean and simple yet timelessly elegant.

So this week I will be featuring five cards that have used this gorgeous set.

In today's post:

  • Clearance Rack
  • Many Merry Stars and Autumn/Winter Supplement
  • Letterpress Day 1

But first some news:

Places to check ............. have you checked the Clearance Rack lately.  There are some truly awesome deals there .......... lots of Halloween and Christmas stock.  Gorgeous papers, cardstock and much much more.  Some lovely kits from last year's Autumn/Winter supplement.  So if you missed them last year why not grab them this year.

But hurry these things never stay for very long and once they've gone thats it.

HERES THE LINK TO THE CLEARANCE RACK.

So grab your coffee and go have a browse.

And even more exciting than that ..............

We have a new Autumn/winter Supplement.  And there are just so many divine and gorgeous projects featured in it.  I can't wait to show you.  Super super cute.

Here's the link to the supplement.

Isn't that Star just super super cute.  I love it so much.  Its from the Many Merry Stars Kit.  You get 26 Stars in Total for just £24.95.  All cut and ready for you to assemble.  The kit includes everything you need to decorate them too.

But please hurry.  Because once this kit is sold out they are not producing any more.

Anyway on to today's card

Letterpress Day 1

I love the clean and simple lines of this set and love the colours.  Today I have used Lost Lagoon, Pear Pizzazz, and Pool Party.

I have matted and layered Lost lagoon, Whisper white and some All is Calm DSP.

I have also created my own DSP by using the snowflake stamps in all three colours.  This piece is behind the DSP.

The sentiment is in a lovely font and to finish off I added some beautiful sparkly sequins.  I loathe sequins normally but I have to say I have been well and truly won over with this box of beauties from Stampin UP!

Hope you like it.

Bigs hugs

Here's what we got up to:

Aren't these cute.

The ladies coloured the stamps with the Stamp N write markers and had great fun then punching out the flowers to create a 3d effect on their cards.

The punches are the Itty Bitty Accents punches and the stamp set is Pictogram Punches.

The lovely russian dolls were coloured with the new Blendabilities and are from the Today and Everyday set.

The cards were made using our gorgeous crumb cake notelets.  So cute.

Pretty in pink

Hi guys.   Lisa, your local Stampin Up uk demonstrator here.

How are you all today.

I'm super super excited, there are some amazing joining offers and shopping offers launching next week.  I am just so excited, and I can't wait to welcome new members to my ever growing team/club members.

Want to know more, then check back on the 1st for all the info.

Anyway today's card is a conditioned card for my Mil's friend Lorna.

She lurves pink.  The pinker the better.  And my mil, loves the peacock stamp.  So I've combined them again.

I've heat embossed the peacock in white, having used my embossing buddy first.

I also heat embossed the sentiment, before punching out.

I finished this of with some basic jewels randomly dotted everywhere.

I hope you like this one.

I'm off having a girlie weekend with friends, and look forward to sharing another pink creation with you tomorrow.

Have a great day.

P.s.  Don't forget you can order 24/7 from my online shop by clicking the shop with me button.  Thanks to all my customers who do and who use the hostess code.  Your custom is always much appreciated.
